Hyosung GT250
Hyosung GT250 can be seen rarely in the roads of Bangladesh. It is also known as Hyosung Comet. This is a sports type motorcycle which fall into the naked (no fairing) category. It is a 250cc motorcycle with V-twin engine. It is extremely powerful as its engine can produce 28 bhp @ 10500 rpm. Its DOHC fuel control and carburettor controlled fuel system gives it new dimension. It is able to grab the young generations attention with surprising features such as oil cooled engine, 300mm hydraulic disc at front, 230mm disc at rear, step-up seat etc. And, it also has striking sports look with the double cradle frame, 110/70-17 front and 150/70-17 rear wheel, sports type front suspensions, monocross rear suspension. It can go as faster as 140kmph. It is one of the dream bikes in Bangladesh.
Bajaj XCD
Bajaj XCD is another popular motorcycle in Bangladesh. The most important thing is that it consumes very few fuel comparing to other bikes in this segment. It also gives smooth riding experience. Bajaj XCD is a fully equipped 4-stroke 125cc motorcycle. Its 125cc engine delivers 9bhp @ 7000rpm and goes 0-60kmph in 8 seconds. It can go upto 90 kmph with a 4-speed gearbox and can contain 8 litres of fuel in its tiny fuel tank. The panels on the side of its tank give it sporty look. It features digital speedometer, self-starter etc. The XCD has everything covered from the ride quality, handling, power/pickup which is definitely better than any 100 cc bike.
Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-Si
Bajaj Pulsar is the most popular motorcycle from Bajaj. It appeals all people with its great look and performance. Bajaj Pulsar DTSi comes with a throttle actuated ignition-control system that works in conjunction with a chip-controlled digital capacitor discharge ignition (CDI) system for accurate ignition timing under all conditions.The latest model features the same 150cc engine which develops maximum power of 14bhp @ 8500 rpm. The 150 Pulsar now comes with the 1-down, 4-up pattern gearing system which is similar to the Pulsar 180. Visually, this bike looks strikingly similar to the Pulsar 180 but a trained eye can quickly spot the difference. it carries over the "all black theme" from its bigger brothers. It does not features "split-seat" like the new Pulsar 180. It features digital speedometer, tachometer assembly, redesigened side and tapered tail panels,rear "Led" tail light etc. It can boom speed upto 120kmph with a 5-speed gearbox. It can have fuel of 15 litre in its big stylish fuel tank. It is also fuel efficient as it goes about 50 kilometers in 1 litre fuel in city and about 60 kilometers in highway. In Bangladesh this bike is available in three shades: Black, blue and red. The silver color Pulsar is rear in Bangladesh.
Bajaj Platina
In Bangladesh Bajaj Platina and Bajaj Platina 125 DTS-i both are available. The older version (Platina) is declining as Bajaj has discontinued this model. It was a 100cc entry-level motorcycle in the cheapest price in the segment. Bajaj Platina 125 is a 4-stroke 125cc motorcycle. It looks so wonderful as it includes premium alloy wheels, twin headlamps, matt finished black silencer, sportyconsole, sleek chrome graphics, graphite tinted engine with transmission and chrome streaked side panels. With the exhaus-TEC engine it is bound to perform well like the XCD 125 DTS-Si. In the performance it features ride control switch, Electric Start, Auto Choke, Maintenance Free Battery etc.This small bike can contain 13 litre fuel and 2 litre reserved fuel. It weights about 113kg. It is also very fuel efficient. Platina is available in red, blue, grey, black colors. In simple words, Bajaj Platina 125 is a simple bike with great performing ability.
Bajaj Discover 135
Bajaj has introduced an upgraded model of Dicover, which is a 135cc motorcycle. It also belongs to the DTS-i group. Similar to Bajaj's other offerings, Discover 135cc engine features proven TRICS, DTSi and ExhausTEC technologies which make them special. Transmission continues to be through the same four-speed gearbox. The 4-stroke engine delivers 57kilometer/litre in city and highway combined test drive & it clocks a top speed of little over 100kmph. It also comes with contemporary black theme from Nitro chamber to coil springs to exhaust finisher to heat shield to rear view mirrors to handle bar end. In total, it gets all the features from its previous model with more power and dual tone graphics. Available shades of this bike are Black-blue, Black-red, Blue and Red.
